A Circle is a small group of women who meet once a month to support each other on our career journeys and learn new skills for success.
The Boardroom will allow us to be unapologetically ambitious, expand our networks, and help each other achieve our goals. I think you’d be a wonderful addition to the group and hope you’ll consider joining us.

Learn More About Our Circle
What is the purpose of The Boardroom?
We combine a world-class leadership curriculum with the power of women coming together for collective learning, growth, and support. Our overall goal is to provide a space where women can join together and understand how to win at work.
What topics are covered?
As women, we continue to face bias and barriers at work. Circles are a space for women to come together to learn research-backed strategies to advance their careers, all while benefiting from peer mentorship, validation, and support. We will discuss and discover new professional skills, such as:
How to Negotiate Effectively,
How to Get the Recognition You Deserve
How to Make Assertiveness Work for You
How to Practice Allyship

Tell me more about the group.
The Boardroom will consist of no more than 12 women who are in similar stages of their careers. You may join The Boardroom as a solo or with a friend. We welcome women who are focused on professional and personal growth with the support of a sisterhood.
Every applicant who is selected to participate in the circle is expected to attend all scheduled virtual meetings and meetups. Your dedication to the program and your cohort is a key factor to everyone's success.
Advance notification of absence is required so that the Program Director or designated facilitator can prepare and provide you with any information needed to support the conversation and follow-up actions.
How do I engage?
Circles usually meet once a month, either in person or virtually. We will decide on days and times that work best for the group.
All members are expected to engage in discussions as their authentic selves. This group is designed to support one another and all things should be shared in the spirit of pure intentions.

Our virtual events are cameras on Zoom events. This is a no-judgment zone so feel free to come casual.

A fee may be charged for In-person events.
What is the time commitment?
Circles are designed to last at least 8 months. Zoom meetings will be 90 minutes per meeting. As the group navigates the discussions, we may add topics or events to our agenda. This may extend the commitment but hopefully, you will find the sessions well worth the time in more ways than one.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you are a woman who loves to see other women win, this is for you.
We often navigate workplaces and business spaces alone without someone whom we can turn to genuinely and authentically. We hope to provide a safe space to unburden your mule and pick up great tools to help you grow. The Boardroom is a space for collaboration, not competition.
